Default Few questions from a PE beginner

Hey everybody, after discovering this forum, I got excited to try this out. Today is supposed to be me 3rd workout day (2on/1off) of the beginner routine. I'm rto jelqeally small, BPEL is about 4.125" and my EG is about 4.25". My first goal is 5", then 6", then hopefully 7.5". I know it will take a lot of work but I have good motivation to continue (my fiance wants to wait until marriage to sex, when she decided that she wanted it like that, she didn't know how small I was). I'm 19 years old.

Just a couple questions

1. When I start jelq, I try to maintain 50-70% erection, but i can't. I keep getting higher about 80-90%. I keep stopping and letting it go down, but then i get a few more strokes in, and its back up. What's up with that?

2. I am also overweight. I weigh about 230lbs and I'm 5'7". The dr. said I should be around 170 (I think he was just being generous though). I read here that 30lbs of weight loss you gain about an inch of visible penis? Is that inch the same inch as if I press on the fat above my penis? Because it doesn't seem like that much.

I have been jogging about 3 miles every couple days, just trying to build up some cardio and endurance before I start to HIIT and in January I'm gonna be going to the lion's den fighting gym with my younger athletic brothers which should help a lot with weight loss.

I have been doing kegels for almost a month and I do notice that my penis seems harder than before.

First of all, welcome to the gym!

1. You're new to PE, it's going to take some time to train yourself to not become more erect with direct stimulation. Keep stopping till you get to a safe level, eventually you should be able to maintain.

2. I've heard something like that before.. It's the fat pad, definitely. You don't get more penis by being skinnier, but you definitely can see more. It's going to vary person to person as to how much more you can see for how much you lose.

1. You can conciously train your body to distinguish between work and play. This will take some time.

2. I say defiantely keep up the jogging and add some weight-training if you can. These greatly improve blood flow throughout the body and inparticular to your member as well.

Welcome to the gym!

1. If you jelq at the lower erection levels, 10-30%, you can actually expect to see better gains in length. It can be hard as a starter to maintain a particular level. As said above, you will eventually train your body to realise that PE is an exercise.

2. You actually have a 'fat pad' covering a portion of your penis. Not only will losing weight improve your over-all health and reveal more penis, it will also assist in PE gains.

That's really good you're already trying to lose weight, keep it up!

That's good that kegels have helped your EQ, this can lead to size increases alone.

You're on the right track, you've found PE and you've started cardio - keep it up and I believe you're gonna see some good results!

Thank you everybody for your help! I really appreciate all the support from these forums. I will be here for a long time (mostly lurking), but if I see any gains, I'll be sure to let you guys know. Thanks all!

If you keep getting too erect, you can try masturbating a few hours before doing your routine (don't want to do this all the time, but initially it might help). On the other hand, I know my erection level varies while I jelq, maybe keep jelqing for a few strokes after it starts to get too erect and see if it goes down. While being new to this it is not a good thing to jelq when fully erect, a few lighter strokes while at that stage won't hurt. If you stay hard then you have no choice at this point but to stop and let it calm down. Remember, the harder the erection level, the lighter the grip you use. Make sure you aren't jelqing too quickly. Try to take at least three seconds to go from your base to your glans. Many others have faced this same thing, and a common response is that once you have taught your pecker the difference between work and pleasure, you will be fine.
