Default After two Weeks

After following 2 weeks of JP's routine relegiously. This is what i found.

When i am doing my PE (just right afer i finish it) i have noticed an increase in length 1/4 and a little girth too .... but the problem is that after about 2 hours when i get erected i dont get that same length back. Is it normal ?? are the gains temporary ?? Also during PE i have seeen a lot of nerves on my penis. after about an hour its gone. So now is it normal to get those nerves ?? or is it something wrong. Please suggest

And the kegels that we do during JP's stretching and V-Jelqs ... are those enough or more should be added ??

Also how to put the ace bandage on ?? should it be used throughout the day ??

Please Help ....

Smile Temporary gains

The gains achieved may seem to temporary at the moment. This is due to the stretching action that takes place. The muscles first stretch and return to normal size but as more stretching continues, the gains become more permanent.

Those aren't nerves those are most likely veins and the reason you see them is that they are expanding a bit from exersize, a good sign and normal. You measure extra length because you are warmed up and loose , and stretching lengthwise. when you get your erection the expansion is directionally universal to your entire volume of penis where wider would mean shorter and you aren't as warm and loose.

thanks for the replies ... but what is happening with me is it normal ??

as in .. in the second week i see an increase in legth but only during PE.. the first thing nothing happened ??

has everyone went through this phase ??

Hey Celinajait,

Sounds like you're worrying unnessecarily my friend.

It may take a few months before you start to see a return from your investment into PE. The best way that I've heard it described is it's like looking at an inch on a ruler and taking a year to draw along it. These things take time and the more you consistently do your routine, the more likely it is to have a permenant effect on your penis size.

Keep at it. Stay motivated by reading other posts on the forum. If you haven't already, start a log!

Reading other people's logs will also give you an idea of how others have progressed and over what time periods.
