Default V jelqs

I tried doing them today, but theres a problem, i just CANT DO THEM!

My middle and ring fingers CANNOT grip the penis at all, they just slip and slide around. It sucks..

Instead of doing v jelqs, can i just substitute them with OK jelqs? I mean i dont see the big problem. Both exercises are just moving the blood. And if you really think about it, the fingers are gripping the penis is a very similar manner.

Are you sure you're doing them correctly? Consult this video.

You'd be fine to substitute the V grip for an OK one but I believe that the V jelqs are meant to HELP faster gains!

Faster gains...not so much. That would depend more on the person and the penis. It is a more intense version of the standard OK grip though. I highly recommend them.

I know for a darn fact that i am doing them PERFECTLY correct, i just cant do them. Lol however confusing that sounds.

I have no gripping finger strength with my ring/middle fingers i guess. Also being uncut seems to be a minor hindrance in v jelqs.

I meant HELP faster gains (or atleast they did for me)!

But yeah, they are a decent exercise.

Unless your hands are as big as dinner plates you shouldn't need to grip. Just put the base of your pee pee into the webbing of your hand, curl your fingers toward your belly, and move your hand up your shaft until you reach your glans. When you're finished, repeat.

The fingers of the "V" are enough side pressure to do the "V" Jelq correctly. You don't need to "squeeze."

I don't know. If Trex really has no strength in his fingers at all, I don't see how an extremely light grip will accomplish much. If you did normal jelqs with an ok grip that barely puts any pressure at all on the shaft, there is no way that that is as effective as gripping it with proper pressure.

The problem is this : Not only am i unable to grip with any strength at all, the penis slides OUT of the v. Lol. This is probably because when i make the transitiion from OK --> v jelq, my penis is in too low of an erection state. I jelq with a low (almost flaccid) erection.

I dont think that i lack hand strength. Its that the "V" cant close with much force. When im making the V sign with my middle/ring finger, and then i close it really fast, i can feel that the force closing it is really weak. Apply that to me penis, and its almost as if there is no force at all.


For the purpose of this thread: Can i just substitute OK jelqs instead of V's? Or is it that they are COMPLETELY critical to my gains?
