 |  How do I increase my girth at base
Hey people, I've been doing JP's routine for a couple of weeks now and have already noticed, flaccid length gains and (I think) small gains in EG and EL, as well as stronger erections. I was wondering what exercises I could to to gain more girth especially at the base of my penis? Been doing some Ulis and Compressors but I'm worried about injury so I'm keeping them to a minimum in these early days. Any help would be appreciated. |

Well, just keep up what you are doing. A couple weeks is early on and good you are noticing something but you are on the right path for what you want. It seems that all exercises do both length and girth, b ut the "squeezing and jelq" style exercises seem to ride heavier on girth than the stretches and weights.

OK thanks, will keep at what I'm doing for now. Also what sort of lube is best, I was using Vaseline now I'm using Baby Oil it that OK?

If you find your upper-sahft is increasing quicker than your base, throw in a few reverse jelqs. Use whatever lube works best for you. |
