 |  Kegel while sex
(I havenīt practise english for a while so Im sorry if I have some mistakes) I didnīt know what kegels were until a month ago and I have realized that I did kegels while masturbating and having sex, I have seen that alot of people complain of that but I think it also have some positives effects. For example with all that years of kegel without known it I can last for alot of time even kegeling and also when I kegel my penis grow a little so I think thats good, what do you guys think? |

Yours is a standard experience Secret. Some guys seem to mistime their kegals and this causes issues.
