If I squeeze my penis often but not too hard (and not right after a PE workout but throughout the day), will it tone my smooth muscle and help get a thicker penis faster?

Any non strenuous physical stimulation will enhance blood flow and therefore improve overall penis health.

I would suggest sticking to Jelqs and stretching with a great deal of focus on your warmups. I seen the greatest amount of girth gains when I finally learned to warmup correctly. Squeeze type exercises will make you appear larger but will be gone in a few hours. PE takes time to get the real results, be patient and focus on the details and you will have the unit you been wanting. Save the advanced exercises for when you have exhausted your newbie gains.
