Hey guys had my first sessions with the 90 day thing. There is not pain in my Penis, though EQ has gone down like i dont get a boner over simple stuff like i use to. Further more my left testicle feels weird, there is not any pain it just feels weird. I checked if i could still get a boner by playing with my penis and i could but yeah EQ is not as strong im 19 btw. I think my testicle cold feel weird for warming up my dick with the cup method maybe? Theres no sharp pain , its like when u wear real tight speedos and it tucks your testicles in a bit. But yeah honestly i think its nothing at all but what do you guys think. Can i resume back to peing after a few days?

i just masterbated i feel something in my left thigh like something is strecthed. I think I am just worrying too much about my body like noticing every little minute thing that happens.

Try using a lighter grip, ease into PE gently.

The testicle then the thigh being tight and not loosened up indicates maybe less than adequate warm up. I've noticed tightness in my groin area and legs during and after ejaculating , usually when I have been less than active physically otherwise.

Make sure you are warming up and down thoroughly, not stretching too hard (you should feel a nice tug but no pain) and don't jelq with too hard a grip, a light grip is more effective. Also, if your kegeling make sure you're not holding for too long if you're doing a lot, you may tire out your PC muscle which will result in a decrease in EQ.
