What are you aiming for? The lower erection levels are actually better for increasing length, the higher for girth.

Pretty much everything I have read indicates that 50-75% erection level is ideal. I am going for both length and girth and also better erection quality which I am using a kegel routine for. Also I am not 100% sure if I am doing it correctly, I follow the instructions in detail but im still not sure. Is there any test I can use to see if I am PE'ing correctly?

Maintaining higher levels will become easier as you become more accustomed to PE. Check out this video for how to correctly jelq.

I already checked out the video, it seems to go against the advice given in most threads as the guy is jelqing with a very high erection level and is jelqing very quickly with palms facing up instead of down.

Slower jelqs at a lower erection level than that in the video but the technique is perfect, the palms are facing the right way.

Thanks for the advice, im gonna try and get a 50%-75% level before starting and if I lose that during the exercise ill have to take a break get myself up to that level and carry on.

Okay then, glad I could help. Looking at the other PE videos the one you may have seen could have been the dry jelq.. Not the one I posted.

I looked at all of them, the v jelq one seems pretty accurate in terms of erection quality and pace. The wet jelq was really quick though. My plan is after 1 month move from 5 to 7 and half minutes wet jelq and from 5 to 7 and a half minutes v jelq then after two months from 7 and a half to 10 minutes. After 3 months on the programme come back to the forum and re-evaluate my programme.

It could be a better idea to focus more on the number of jelqs you do, as opposed to the amount of time you dedicate to them. Focus more on the quality of each one with nice long strokes.
