    Hi,

    I'm new to doing the exercises (following babbis routine, going okay so far). I have a question.

    I only want about half an inch to an inch gain at the very most. If I manage to gain around that after I've completed the program, what do I do to solidify the result without gain or losing anything? Is this actually possible?

    Maintenance.

    This could be anything from doing a small routine to regularly masturbating/having sex.

    Ya I guess it's just like working out! Getting there is pretty hard, but once your there maintaining it can work on a reduced schedule. I'm a sure a session 2 x a week would keep your gains.

    Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

    Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

    Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG
