  • Question about focusing on Kegels or RK's

    Hi guys,

    My question is about which exercise to focus on, since i have a hard time determining if i have a weak pelvic floor or overly tense pelvic floor.

    When im edging i constantly do kegels (unconciosly), and when i do a reverse kegel, during edging, i see an increase in size of my erection. Should i take this as a cue that i should focus on reverse kegels?

    Sorry if this question is stupid or if it has been asked before, but i hope you can help enlightening me
