I was reading the LOT (Loss of Tug) thread and now im a little confused... Lol
I kegeled in pretty much every degree possible and I am able to feel my flacid penis tug back. Do I not have a LOT?
I don't know if this matters but I kegel very often.

TwitterI don't think it matters as much as some of the propagators of the THEORY (know the definition???) make it seem. It sounds good on paper, occupies the minds of people inclined toward such thought, and makes for good conversation that can run hundreds of posts deep, but in reality....it's theory. I've gained 2'' in length and never paid the ''LOT'' b.s. any mind. In other words, focus on actually DOING PE.

TwitterTo determine your LOT it is important that you not only feel but also SEE your dick tugging or not tugging back. Anyway, if you still can't determine your LOT I say just pull/stretch at all angles where you feel/see this tug.
