Could anyone recommend a routine fro me that focuses predominantly n girht and erection strength that would see results in 5 months or so? I am willing to devote 30 minutes a day, very busy but I think I can manage that much, also can I get an idea of proper training, like cementing and cycles and other stuff I've seen, I would be the kind to overtrain and I really need some discipline to take it slow. I wouls like 1.5 to 2" girth gains. Is that unreasonable, maybe 1.5" EL for now. Thank you!

Everyone is different... so everybody gains at different paces.

I would highly recommend starting off with JP's 90-day routine, as is commonly suggested around these parts. It's a great beginner's routine for any newbie. I didn't... I started PE and 2 months after, found this site and joined. Wish I knew about JP's...

Anyhow... definitely make use of the search feature and Kingpole has some GREAT links in his signature to help you with Edging (to help cement gains)... etc...

To begin, KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid.

    It works.

    Good luck

I am a much newer member than bananaboat but like him I started off on another site and moved to this forum after a few weeks and took up JP's program. Members will be only too willing to advise you about your ambitions but it might help them if you could publish your starting measurements.

KP is a very experienced pe'er with wide rangeing knowledge.

You must make gains before you cement them, the jp routine will increase erection strength and girth. With the condition gained you can then do advanced routines. Begin slowly working up to the full routine.
