Could anyone recommend a routine fro me that focuses predominantly n girht and erection strength that would see results in 5 months or so? I am willing to devote 30 minutes a day, very busy but I think I can manage that much, also can I get an idea of proper training, like cementing and cycles and other stuff I've seen, I would be the kind to overtrain and I really need some discipline to take it slow. I wouls like 1.5 to 2" girth gains. Is that unreasonable, maybe 1.5" EL for now. Thank you!![]()
