Painful sore on dick.. possibly pimple?

I've had a red pimple-sized sore down near my base for the past several days. It's affecting both PE and masturbation. Now, I really don't think that I overtrained. But of course this could be a possiblity. Though being as it's a slight bump, and it only hurts when i apply pressure to the bump, i think it could be a legit pimple. Perhaps i spread some sort of bacteria on my penis while PE'ing and it eventually formed a pimple. It is located right around where I typically grip the base.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? Could it actually be a pimple down there?

hm, it might actually be an ingrown hair.. which resembles a pimple. i did just shave down there.
