I was reading the success story on this forum where the guy was using hanging techniques. Could you guys shed some light on this and how you use it along with the stretching and jelqing exercises. Do you see quicker gains, and at what time do you start using hanging exercises for starters like me. I would like to know what kind of equipment is used too. Thanks, JWJ |

JWJ, First, welcome to the Gym ![]() Second, on to your questions: You can combine jelqing and stretching with any routine. Typically, jelqs and stretches are considered beginning exercises, but I ALWAYS recommend doing at least a few even when you become an advanced penile exerciser. They are great for penis health. If you are a newbie, then I wouldn't suggest hanging just yet. You might find that you will gain enough without hanging -- as many men reach their goals with just jelqing & stretching. Try the ETP suggested newbie routine first: http://www.exercisingthepenis.com/gu...uide-9-routine After a 2-3 months you might want to start hanging. Many men here report good experiences with hanging. Dustpan is another good example of what hanging can do. However, keep in mind that you can do more harm than good if you hang before your penis is conditioned. A few men have rushed into hanging and obtained less-than-satisfactory results. Basically, in a nutshell, less is more -- especially in the beginning. |

Also, when you start hanging, you might want to look at this thread, which is dedicated to cost-efficient hangers: http://www.exercisingthepenis.com/gu...uide-9-routine |

Hi welcome to the Gym, My suggestion would be to start with the Newbie Routine, which is a period of 3-4 months. You just can't jump into hanging without conditioning you penis first. Hanging is an exercise that is time consuming and alot patients or you could harm yourself. Yes you can have good gains with hanging but only if you take your time and do not rush it. If you need help we are here for you to help you along you PEing journey.
