Hey guys, I have been doing PE for about 3 months now and have read a lot about people doing v-stretches and reverse v-stretchees but I can't seem to find a page decribing how these are done, could someone maybe tell me or just post a link? Thanks

Easy to do. Stretch your penis straight out. With your free hand, take your thumb and press down in the middle of your penis. When you do this, your penis will form the shape of a V. This is the V-stretch. Hold for 30 seconds, and then move your thumb in a different spot on the shaft. Concentrate on pushing down and stretch out at the same time. The A-stretch is just the opposite. Stretch straight out and with your free hand, place your thumb underneath your penis and stretch your penis down over your thumb. Concentrate on pushing up and stretching out. Very simple stretches, but very effective at hitting the tunica and ligs. Good luck.

I am just making a technical correction about the V- stretch/A-stretch for the newbie members. The A-stretch that Gator described above is the Inverted V-stretch because you are using your thumb. The A-stretch is an Inverted V- stretch, whereby you use your wrist to create the secondary force. Thanks. |
