This morning had a raging hard on. I think just because I have been excercising and getting enough sleep. I dont think it is because of the supplements I am taking. The supplements are for a combination of promoting growth, more ejaculate and stronger orgasms, and better hard-ons, although I seem to be doing fine with all of those facets. 1. 20 minutes Bathmate use at low pressure.
2. 2000 side to sides. Would have pulled harder but my grip got tired. It took about thirty minutes to finish the exercise.

4. did 2 hours of extending with light tension. Only used the two inch bars.

This week I actually managed to squeeze in a pump session every day. Ok, there were a couple of really short sessions, but I did get my penis under pressure each day.
One thing I have been wondering about lately is if it is more effective to have several short session or fewer long sessions. I think I will try the several short sessions variant next week and see how it works out...
