I'm going to add more info about the stretching. I usually do the stretch standing pulling straight down and trying to feel for a good stretch on the ligaments on the top. At about the 5 minute mark I can feel some good fatigue so I go for 1 minute pulling almost straight out, a little angled to the floor. I'm going to add more time to different directions as I progress.
I'm not too focused on jelqing right now but i make sure to get 2 good minutes in, I'll be adding time to this much slower.
that's all for now I guess. oh maybe i'll take some measurements and post them at the end of the month.
