I finished my first week at the end of last week, and while I had no gains in size, I definitely noticed an improvement in performance. First week of PE done, second week started this morning. I've made the shift to the JP90 beginner's program, which is great fun. No sign of any changes, but I'm realistic enough to know that this will take time, especially for me. The reason I say this is that I have low bodyfat levels (so not much gain from loss of fat pad) and I already get hard as a rock (so not much change due to improved EQ).
