    Pumping every day
    This week I actually managed to squeeze in a pump session every day. Ok, there were a couple of really short sessions, but I did get my penis under pressure each day.
    One thing I have been wondering about lately is if it is more effective to have several short session or fewer long sessions. I think I will try the several short sessions variant next week and see how it works out...

    Packing length in cylinder
    This week I did a few more measurements of in-cylinder length at different times and pressures. As usual there is no simple answer to my ponderings the previous week, it seems to be related to pressure, time in cylinder and erection quality. No surprises in other words.

    This Sunday I am going to start more manual stretching and will be using the Bathmate and X4 extender less. Will also cut back on jelqs. Reason why is that I have been PE'ing since February and gained a quarter inch so I am going to try some other tactics. Today was my last day of doing the shotgun approach.

    1. 20 Minutes of Bathmate, pumped to full pressure after 4 minutes. (Girth)


    2. 45 minutes extender use. (Length)

    About in-cylinder length
    I did a long pump session this week where I first pumped for 30 minutes, took a five-minute break during which I did some edging, then I pumped for another 30 minutes. During the whole session I kept the pressure at about 5 inHg. The funny thing was that I measured my in-cylinder length at the end of the first 30 minutes, and then again at the end of the second 30 minutes - and the result was about 3 mm shorter at the second measurement.

    Pump response
    I do not know if I am imagining this... but I think my penis is responing more quickly to pumping now than it did a while back. It seems to grow pumped-up and big in the cylinder faster than it used to. Might be my new pump and cylinder, might be the time I have pumped, might be imagination.

    Anyhow... this pumping and jelqing still feels good. So I plan to continue this blog and my penis exercising quite a while longer.
