I measured today and I can say I have definitely made gains. They're modest, but real. Count me in as a believer in PE. I wish the gains had been greater, but definitely have the motivation to continue. Visually, it still looks the same except for a bigger flaccid hang. Ok, Week 4 and measurement taken....up 7mm length and 1mm girth, sticking to my routine of 10 mins warm up stretch 60 on 10 off (SO,SD,SU,R,L) Jelq 10 mins 3-5 secs strokes warm down kegel throughout day so far so good.
Ok, so today's 2.5.13 and I'm definitely getting bigger. My starting EL of 4.5/4.8 may be a little bit too low because I was super overweight back then, but I've managed to shed pounds and, through PE, I gained over an inch of length...
