    Progress table for 6 inHg

    The previous week I listed in-cylinder length at the end of pumping session at 5 inHg that lasted 10-15 minutes. That was interesting I thought, so...

    In the table below I have listed the in-cylinder lengths at 6 inHg at the end of each session.
    I have included continuous sessions where the pressure mostly has been at 6 inHg, but not over that pressure.
    I have not included longer sessions that had a pause in the middle.

  2. just begun pe. My routine is jp 90´days

    Here are my beginning measurements.


    NBPEL= 16 cm(6.3")
    BPEL=18 cm(7.1")

    MEG= 13 cm(5.1")


    I am a complete newbie and will start up with jp90´s routine. This page is only for my measurements

    supplements:
    - vitamin c
    - vitamin D3
    - Bodymin (multivitamin and mineral supplement) with extra zinc, b6, chrom and magnesium
    - Fish Oil with ginger
    - whey protein powder
    - casein protein ...

  3. Update and new measurements

    I measured today and I can say I have definitely made gains. They're modest, but real. Count me in as a believer in PE.
    I wish the gains had been greater, but definitely have the motivation to continue. Visually, it still looks the same except for a bigger flaccid hang.

    Current:
    BPEL: 6"
    MSEG: 5.25"

    If my initial measurements were right, that's about a 1/2" in length and .25" in girth. My girth is definitely bigger, as I can ...

    Ok,

    Week 4 and measurement taken....up 7mm length and 1mm girth, sticking to my routine of

    10 mins warm up
    stretch 60 on 10 off (SO,SD,SU,R,L)
    Jelq 10 mins 3-5 secs strokes
    warm down

    kegel throughout day

    so far so good.

    Ok, so today's 2.5.13 and I'm definitely getting bigger.

    My starting EL of 4.5/4.8 may be a little bit too low because I was super overweight back then, but I've managed to shed pounds and, through PE, I gained over an inch of length... Now, I've also lost close to 70 pounds since then, so I don't know exactly how much to attribute to that.. But I did take 'before' pics, so I'll take after pics soon.
