    Hi guys, I'm just starting with PE. This is my first experience so any suggestions, comments etc. would be welcome.

    I'm starting with "babbis" routine for beginners, here , and Ive decided not to masturbate.

    Measurements:
    BPEL: 5.5 inch
    EG : 5.3 inch

    My goal:

    BPEL : 7-7.2 in
    EG : 5.5-5.8 in


    Question:
    Can someone please explain the cementing, because i want to keep what i get

    Eru: Welcome to The PE Gym! Cementing, in this case, is a light routine you do in an effort to keep your gains. You still might lose some, but they're typically much easier to recapture the second time around.

      Good luck with your training Eru! Hopefully you're better at resisting the urge to masturbate than I am, lol. Also, another approach to cementing is just to grow a little bit beyond where you want to be. That way when you shrink back the .25" or whatever it is that people typically lose you end up being the size you wanted anyways.
