  • Experiencing a PI that is not listed

I have been PEing for about 3 or 4 months, doing a fairly standard routine with some advanced exercises. I have noticed, likely as a result of my cool-down, that after exercising my penis will go flaccid normally, but then while flaccid it may be a bit harder than normal. Not really turtling up or getting smaller than normal, if anything a bit larger than normal.

Benta: Is your flaccid penis less elastic as well (i.e. not as stretchy)?

Thanks for the quick response remek, Im not 100% sure Ill have to check next time, but I believe it is at about normal elasticity, not as elastic as when warmed up- but about as elastic as when outside of exercising.

Benta, I would say it's a neutral PI. You're not the only one to notice this, that's for sure. Has your gains slowed down at all?

My gains have remained slow but steady.

Yea, it may be a result of the cool down. . . Or perhaps something different entirely. I would say as long as you're still gaining at the same pace and have healthy PIs, stick with what you're doing.

I'm curious, is your penis more stiff or have any different texture when you're erect as well?

My erections are actually a bit less veiny than they were at the beginning of my training, but my penis is more veiny when flaccid, other than that no real change in erections recently- they became harder very quickly at the start- as with most, and have remained so. The only difference has been a minor increase in size.

What's your current routine like? It may be time to increase the intensity.

Seems my reply didnt go through last time I tried...
                  My routine is as follows:
                  8-10 minutes of warm up
                  8-10 minutes of stretching
                  15-8 minutes of jelqing
                  1 minute of towel raises
                  1-2 minutes of of bends
                  3 minutes of cooldown

I try to maintain erection during cool down, so that my ligaments are cooled in an expanded state.

Two more questions, then I can give you a more accurate analysis: How's your erection quality (hard, soft, really hard). How many days a week do you use that routine?

When I first started my EQ went way up, however it has declined since then, it varies a bit but I would say most of the time it is not as hard as it was in the first month.

I do the routine every other day, I usually feel pretty fatigued after training, so I will take a day off sometimes when I know my girlfriend is going to want to have sex.

What are you doing differently than you were the first month? I don't think you're overtraining, but less EQ is a clear negative PI. Did you Kegel that first month and then stop?

I would suggest taking a week or two off. Come back with a light 1 on, 2 off routine then quickly jump up to a 1 on, 1 off routine (if all is going well PI wise) and then go to a 2 on, 1 off routine, while gradually increasing the intensity until you start gaining again.
