Well obviously my gains have slowed down tremendously since my wonderful newbie gains, but I'm very happy. I didn't quite reach my goal, but I am fine with that. My goal finishing up 2012 is to get to 5.5" in girth (I am currently doing a heavy girth routine). Its hard to fathom that the volume of my penis has went up by 50%!

I'm still getting plenty of approval from my wife and over the last 6 months or so she has been very supportive of me (which helps tremendously).

Goals for 2013? 8" x 5.5". I'm very confident that I will hit my goal in 2013, and if I'm lucky I'll exceed my them. Yes, a year seems like a long time for an extra couple of tenths in both measurements, but I'm in it for the long haul so to me its very acceptable. Who knows, maybe I'll be lucky and knock it out of the ballpark :)

Just thought I would drop in here and post an update since I don't use the blog feature too much anymore.

I started hanging around the beginning of May as my extender gains were quickly drying up. My last measurement around the end of June put me at 7.75"x5.3". I will be measuring again in October, where I expect to be at or past my initial 8" length goal (though I'm now wanting more in the 8.5-9" range if I can ever achieve it). I do check my BPFSL from time to time and it has shown a consistent steady increase over the last few months. I will say that my gains now are very slow compared to my earlier newbie gains. My best guess is that I'm consistently gaining 0.05"-0.1" per month on my current schedule of hanging 15-17 hours per month (I only hang on 50% of all days, following the schedule of 4 on,3 off,6 on, 4 off, 4 on, 7 off)

Most of my hanging has been logged here:
http://www.pegym.com/forums/progress...-progress.html

I'll drop back in an update this blog in October, hopefully with good length news! If I indeed break my 8" goal, I will then switch to a pure girth routine for 3 months (1-2 hours per week to keep my length and stay conditioned to it).

Thanks everyone for the motivation and inspiration!

Boy, I've been so busy lately that I haven't had much time to interact on here. Not to worry, things will slow down eventually and I'll get more time to jump back in here. My PE schedule has been going as planned - and yet again for this next week I'm making some more modifications...

I just got in a Bib Starter hanger today (birthday present from the wife!). Starting tomorrow, it will be a part of my routine. My routine will be slightly restructured as such:

6 days a week, every other day split between "wet days" and "dry days". As the names imply, the wet days will include all my wet exercises (which are almost all girth oriented) and the dry days will be all my dry exercises (which are almost all length oriented). Here is the breakdown:

Wet Day:
Jelqs (both normal an V-jelqs)
Dry Pumping Session (30-60 minutes depending on time)
Ball Stretching with my WMC ball weights (around 20 hours or so)

Dry Day:
Jai Stretches
4-way stretches
Hanging (30-60 minutes depending on time)
Extending (10-12 hours or so)

This will keep my workouts a little shorter in duration, and I think I may like going back and fourth with all these great exercises and devices.

As I've stated before, I'm not officially measuring until the end of April. However, I did sneak a quick peak at my BPFSL this morning while doing my stretches... Somewhere between 7.5-7.6 - this is good news for me as my BPFSL and my BPEL have been exactly the same for about 14 weeks or more, so I would assume the same still holds true. I'm hoping the introduction of hanging will encourage even more length gains in the near future! (I just did a test 10 minute session at 7.5 lbs and it felt awesome!)

This has been another very productive week for me. I'm really beginning to like my new schedule (which mimics my swing shift work schedule).
One thing you will notice is that my extender hours are way down this week. This isn't a mistake, and I didn't cut my extending hours down due to any injuries or negative PI's. This last week I had started wearing my WMC ball weights. I really like wearing them, and a better testicle hang is a major goal of mine. Unfortunately, Wearing my extender and the ball weights at the same time is very difficult - I don't have enough extra skin to wear them both effectively. So in the end, I had to make a compromise. I will be extending and wearing ball weights, though I'm going to take turns with them every other day. One day I'll extend, the next I wear the WMC ball weights... And so on. I guess in the end, both a better testicle hang and more length are big goals of mine, so this new approach should help me take care of both of them.

My manual routine continues to increase in intensity - nothing major or abnormal to report about it. Lately my routine has been taking 1.5 hours per day. Its beginning to wear on my wife (the amount of time I'm spending doing PE) so I asked her to be understanding for now, as my next milestone is at the end of April. At that time, I will assess my progress and probably be able to cut down on the amount of time I'm spending on PE.

This week:
pump: 75 minutes
Extend: 44 hours
Ball weights: 61 hours

This has been a great week for me! I started my extending routine back up. Boy have I missed extending! This week I averaged over 12 hours per day extending, for a total of 86 hours extending this week. I started my "deep heating" experiment on Wednesday, where for my entire time extending my penis is wrapped in disposable hand warmers. I'm very interested to see how well this works for improving gains! Its quite strange, my penis plumps right up after about the first hour of constant heat while extending. All I can say is its VERY hot - to the point where it almost burns. I've been wrapping a sock around things before applying the heat packs, which helps a lot. I've felt incredible fatigue along the tunica and in the ligs this week and I feel that I'm hitting just the perfect amount of tension for me at 800-1000 grams.

This week I also started air pumping with my new DIY air pump. I logged 140 minutes of pumping this last week, all between 4-5"hg. I'm really hoping that pumping 100+ minutes per week will go a long way to jumpstarting my girth... Time will tell!

Started back up Feb 1st @ 7.4 x 5.2

My goal is to be at 8.0x5.4 on May 1st. I should make even if I'm only able to get 50% of the gains from my first 3 months - hopefully all continues to go well!

I was off of work for the first part of the week (I go back in on nights tomorrow night), so I took some time to get organized. As I don't have a lot of time to get on the computer lately, I made up and printed out my own PE worksheet to track my progress. I also went ahead and came up with my routine for the next 4 weeks and included progressively stepping up the intensity. I plan to follow this routine to the "T" - instead of just "winging it" each PE session. I also plan on pumping a few times per week with my new air pump, and extending 10+ hours per day. I will likely continue to extend 7 days per week as I have done in the past. I'll do an update blog once per week to summarize my previous week and update my total extending hours, etc.

Here is the tracking sheet I made. Its nothing amazing, but should help me stay on track and keep me accountable. You will notice that I already have my exercises and numbers filled in for the week (starting thursday for me) - I will not rest until I've hit my goal numbers for each exercise each day :)

http://i1082.photobucket.com/albums/...-58-19_614.jpg

Now lets see if I can keep it together for another 3 months and hit my new goal numbers!

I'm still on the fence whether or not I should blog daily like I did for my first 90 days, or just update this on a weekly basis. On one hand, blogging daily makes me feel much more accountable - on the other hand, time has been really scarce lately! I've barely had time to interact on the forums (I do most of my forum reading on-the-go from my phone lately)

This week I only worked Monday-Thursday, and so I did my PE on those days as per my new plan (PE only on days that I work). I am actually off of work for 7 full days (I go back next thursday night).. I'm not sure if I can take a full week off from PE, but I'll give it a shot. If nothing else, I may do a light routine on monday, but I should give my new schedule an honest shot before trying to change it up.

Here was my routine this week: (Monday-Thursday)
- 50 tunica tugs
- 200 wet jelqs
- 200 v-jelqs
- 5-10 minute testicle massage (including ball jelqs, stretches, etc)
- 15-20 minute bathmate session warmdown

Nope - no extending once again :(. I should be able to start my extending routine back up next week though! (I had to cover a different position at work for a couple of weeks - this position isn't very liberal as far as bathroom breaks or anything, so I decided to wait until i return to my normal position, which should be next week)

Moving forward, I have a few plans. I want to bring stretching back into my routine, though nothing beyond some basic stretches for 5 minutes or so. I also would like to experiment with warming up first (I've never done warmups before my routine). I guess I owe it to myself to at least give it a try! I'm also going to make a routine schedule for the next 3 months all ahead of time. I feel it will be easier to be progressive if I have it clearly planned out ahead of time instead of just doing what I feel like for that day. I also want to do a better job of adding some variety to my advanced girth exercises.

Other notes: my flaccid has been amazing all week. It really feels "full" almost all the time. All PI's have been good as well. I still have some mild discoloration though, which I am working to get rid of (its cleared up at least 50% in the last 2 weeks). I have been applying Bio Oil twice a day for the last week, and that seems to be helping a lot so far. I'm expecting my Joel Kaplan pump cylinder to arrive any day now - I'll be adding some air pumping to the mix soon! I'm also starting to work on my goal for a better testicle hang - my balls have always been very tight up to my body (though testicle size is normal or even a bit above normal). I just ordered WMC ball weights from SecretLeather. These things are expensive, but supposedly the best in the business! (1 lb of 38mm weights cost $260 shipped). I'm excited to start wearing them when they arrive!

Just an update on how things are going.

As I've stated in some of my previous posts, my intention starting back up is to only do PE on days that I work (I work 12 hour shifts, exactly 50% of each month). I started back up Monday, 1-20-2012

I did PE Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I also added Saturday, as I went in to work on overtime. My routine for each of these days was:
-200 Jelqs
-200 V-Jelqs
-5 horse squeezes @ 45 seconds each
-15 minute bathmate warmdown after the PE session

I did not start my extending routine back up just yet. I'm planning to start my extending back up next week.

A few other points to mention:
- On Monday, after a 2 week break my penis looked pathetic to me. Length, girth, everything felt really small. My EQ was terrible, which was probably partially responsible.
- On tuesday things started looking better
- By wednesday, my EQ was back and things looked much much better
- My workout today (saturday) was amazing. My EQ was through the roof, and I've never had a girth pump after a workout like I did today -I can't explain what happened but wow, length and girth looked amazing today (I refuse to measure to march 1st so perhaps its just a trick of perception)

- I ordered all parts for a nice air pump setup. I already have my palmer fittings and a nice craftsman brake bleed pump, and I have a Joel Kaplan 2x10 cylinder on the way.
- I started my new supplement schedule on monday. I am taking the following every day:
1000mg Tribulus Terrestris
2000mg Celerey Seed
2000mg Maca Root
1200mg Horny Goat Weed
1000mg Vitamin C
Centrum Ultra

Next week I work Monday-Tursday, so I will be PEing on those days. I think I'll keep updating my blog on a weekly basis from now on.

Just wanted to put up a little update. I'm almost to the end of my 2-week break and looking forward to starting back up on Monday. I'll be honest - even though I've had some nice time to relax again and catch up on some things that were falling behind - I'm not liking this break from PE one bit. My EQ is and sex drive are both way down from where they were when I was beating the shit out of my penis on a daily basis (it seemed the more PE I did and the more intensity the better my EQ and drive). I'm really looking forward to getting that feeling back!

Aside from that, my case of 4"x5" body warmers arrived the other day for the deep heat extending experiment I'll be doing through February. They get very hot, and initial tests show that 16-18 hours of heating is no problem at all. My new Penimaster Pro has not arrived yet, though the tracking number (DHL) shows that it arrived in the US on the 24th. I'm guessing I'll have it on Monday.

My extending plans are to go for rediculous hours (I was averageing 10 hours per day for an entire 90 days) - I plan on doing 20 hours per day once the Penimaster Pro arrives. I'll be switching from extender to ADS strap for the GYM and while sleeping (They say you can even run with the thing on, which I will be testing). A few hours per day I'll also switch to hanging from it in the 5-10 lb. range for 3-5 hours at a time. My goal is to get another half inch on in the next 3 months and be in the 8" range by summer. I'm also going to take manual stretching out of the routine (to save time mainly, but I also think it'll be futile with all the extending) and just go with some decent girth work for my manual routine. Eventually I'll also add a real air pumping routine, but probably starting in April (I've already bought the pump, just have to pick up a cylinder)

So in a nut shell - starting back on Monday after a 2 week break, with a goal of going from 7.4x5.2 to 8.0x5.5 over the next 3 months. I'm quite confident in the length goal (I'll likely extend 1500+ hours in this time), but the girth goal is probably just a bit out of reach as my girth growth has slowed a lot! But I'm still going to try!

Obviously, I'm quite disappointed with my girth gained this last month. I specifically focused on girth routines to include pumping, clamping, squeezes and jelqing – so I'm surprised at how slow my girth is gaining. I guess that my thought moving forward is that if I can gain 0.1” per month, then in about 6 months I can be at my girth goal of 5.5-5.75 – worse case scenario I think would be a year. No big deal, I'm in it for the long haul.

Length on the on the other hand has done quite well for me – understandably so since I've been able to average 10 hours per day in my extender for the entire 90 days. Still – I'm behind the 1” per 1000 hours mark, and more likely around 1200-1300 hours per inch mark. I was just 3/16” away from hitting 1” in my first 90 days – I'm pretty happy with that! Hopefully 90 days from now I'll be celebrating being in the 8”+ club!

Overall, I've increased the volume of my penis 37% in 90 days. I was really hoping for a bit more, but recent girth gains really hindered me in the volume department (if I could have put on even just one more tenth of an inch in girth, it would have been a 43% increase!). I realize that my newbie gains are all used up, and realistically the percentage of volume increase per month is going to be much lower in the future. I will continue to experiment and track my progress, and hopefully find the most efficient method for me to continue to gain towards my goals. I am open to any suggestions that you guys may have for me moving forward, especially when it comes to gaining girth!

What I have learned about my gains
In all actuality, my gains probably aren't as dramatic as they would seem. While in the beginning, I thought my EQ was excellent, I have come to find that what I once perceived as a 10 EQ level was actually quite a bit lower. For this reason, my starting stats were likely a bit higher, but a true EQ gain is still a gain none-the-less. Another reason is that towards the end, much more attention was paid to make sure that I was measuring my absolute maximum, something that wasn't quite as important when I first started. Never the less, I'm taking my numbers as true gains, and realize that when comparing my gains to others that have documented their gains well, the situation is probably very similar. Also, if you look at the dates, my journey has been a bit more than 90 days at this point, but I didn't count some days that I took off during the holidays etc, but its been roughly 3 months.

My initial goals
Here is a list of my initial goals from my introductory post, as well as my progress towards achieving them:

I'm a "grower". Despite having decent erect measurements, my flaccid penis is quite small (3 inches in length by 2.5-3 inches in girth)

ACHEIVED! While I'm not a huge shower now, I'm definitely well out of the grower category!

On top of being a "grower", my scrotum is always very cold and very tight and close to my body nearly all the time. Its so bad that my penis doesn't even hang down, it actually sits on my bunched-up balls at about a 45 degree angle. I think this is because I have really low bodyfat (My NBPEL and BPEL measurements are only different by less than 1/2") and my body and extremities are normally pretty cold. Though at times if I'm really warm or take a long hot bath, everything looks and hangs "normal".
The combination between being a grower and having tight balls makes me very self conscious being nude around my wife.

IN PROGRESS... I have been doing daily scrotum stretches every single day since the end of the first month. I have definitely made some progress, but there is still a long way to go here. Eventually I'll be getting some weighted ball stretchers, but until then I will continue with my manual routine – which includes 4 different stretches lasting 60 seconds each.

My penis is naturally baseball bat shaped when erect (I have never done PE in the past). It is very small in girth at the base (a little less than 4")

This was solved after the very first month! My only guess is that it was more of an EQ issue than anything. Also, my CS never used to inflate. It now inflates fully with the CC, and this also probably accounts for much of my girth gain and further supports the theory that it was more of an EQ issue than anything.

My penis has a slight curve down and to the right when erect. Its not terrible, but would like to straighten it out!

I would say this is 90% complete. The curve is almost gone all together, but not completely. I also think the illusion of a downward curve was also amplified with the fact that my CS didn't used to inflate.

My Advice
My advice for anyone interested in starting PE is to first take as much time as possible to read everything you can find on the subject. There are several good books, as well as sites like this, Thunders Place and Matters of Size to name a few. Learn everything you can before actually starting, it will not only help you have a realistic idea of what you can gain and how fast, it will also teach you what to look out for and what to avoid.
I also think that if you are married, or in a committed relationship – you owe it to yourself and your partner to share what you are doing. They may not understand it, but you should man up and at least ask for their support and understanding.
Obviously extenders are big on my list of essential tools. They are proven to work, and extending has worked very well for me. No matter what I see others say, I believe this is one device where you should not skimp on cost! Simply put, a cheap eBay extender is not in the same league as the nicer extenders out there. For something you will likely want to wear for literally thousands of hours, comfort and ease of use simply trump everything else, including price.
I also used a Bathmate pump a lot – though more as a warm down device. I think its great for this purpose – but if you are going to get serious into pumping, you will be much better served with a good air pump. Besides, a good air pump with a catch can will also hydropump if you want to!

Moving Forward
I'm now taking my full 2 week break from PE to rest my body (and my mind). I'll be starting up Feb. 1st with my new “DJ28” schedule, which mimics my swing shift work schedule. The idea is to PE only on days that I work (since my 12 hour shifts kill my entire day anyways), which leaves all my days off free to enjoy with my wife and family. It works out to a 50% schedule which repeats every 28 days as so:

PE PE PE PE OFF OFF OFF OFF PE PE PE PE PE PE OFF OFF OFF OFF PE PE PE PE OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF

I'm also going to start putting together a nice air pump. I like my bathmate, but it seems better as a warmdown device than for serious pumping work. I am also thinking of paying for a month of Big Al's services – perhaps he can read through my blog and give me some suggestions that will jump-start my girth. I looked at the prices the other day and was very surprised at how affordable they are. Though I feel experienced and have tried and read about most exercises, I'm not so naive that I'm above getting advice from someone more experienced than myself.

My views on things so far
When I first told my wife, she didn't react very well to the idea. I later found out that the whole concept made her worry that I would gain too much confidence and want to leave her for someone else. After talking to her and alleviating her concerns, she was much more content with it. She has admitted to enjoying the girth gains more than anything, and I definitely think it has sparked our sex life. Not so much from the increase of size, but from the increase in communication and the opportunity to share new experiences together. Later in the journey she didn't want me to work on girth anymore at all. She finally explained why a while after. She has always had very good technique with oral that I've thoroughly enjoyed. She was realizing that changes in girth weren't allowing her to be able to use the same techniques as before. Eventually, she came up with new techniques that worked just as well, and gave me the go ahead to continue with girth work. Of course, if length or girth become a problem for her in the future, we will continue to discuss if I've reached a point to stop gaining. Another thing to mention here is that after birthing children and having a partial hysterectomy (she has no cervix anymore), things weren't fitting the same as they used to (which was making me feel too small). The good side to this is that with no cervix, length gains aren't so much of a concern.
I know that if I would have never started PE, she would still love me just the same and have no complaints. In the end I'm happy to have started this journey. I now have more confidence, a better sex life, better communication with my wife and a fun hobby with plenty of challenges. I definitely plan to keep PE as a permanent part of my lifestyle, and hopefully someday fully achieve my goals.

My wife's views on things so far
Below was written by my wife herself as she wanted to give her feedback on everything. I told her about me doing PE just a couple of weeks into it. She wrote this before reading anything that I had wrote:

Hello. When my husband first told me that he was doing PE, I was a mixture of emotions. To be honest, I was against it. I tried my hardest to be supportive of his decision, but I honestly didn't want him doing it. I still left it up to him, obviously. I was happy that he did share with me that he was doing it though.
I didn't even know that the penis could be changed so much permanently. My husband's PE journey has been not only a learning experience for him, but also for myself. I took the initiative to learn a few things on my own as well.
He would share with me what his routine was going to be most days. He was very honest and open. I also was honest and open with how I was feeling about it all, but still tried to remain supportive of my husband. I knew this was important to him. He was proud of the progress he was making.
Once I explained to my husband my fears about PE and the potential negative affects it could have on our sex life, he reassured me of my fears. Since we were both being honest and open with each other about our fears or expectations, we were able to set limits on things, which was reassuring for myself and allowed me to be more comfortable with the PE. Even though I was happy and very much pleased with my husband, his penis, and our sex life before the PE, I do like the changes that have been made all around. He is more confident in himself, he has a great sense of pride, and he seems very pleased with the results so far. I can honestly say that I do like the results as well. My only complaint was the amount of time that was going into the PE. I expressed my unhappiness with the amount of time it was taking, and we compromised on a solution. That's one thing about my husband, is when he puts his mind to something and he wants to accomplish something, there is no stopping him!! He dedicates himself to any given project 200%, but I love that about him.

Just some light jelqing today, as it is my last day. Evened out my extending hours to an even 900 hours (I averaged 10 hours per day over a 90 day period!). I'm going to take a couple days before measuring as I've been pumping a lot lately and I want a true measurement of how I did over my initial 90 days.

Here are my current plans moving forward:
- Measure in a couple of days and do my 90 day results blog

- Take 2 weeks off from PE completely to give myself a break. Start back up Feb 1st!

- Start putting together a nice air pump

- For the month of February, I will be sandwiching my penis between a pair of 4"x5" disposable hand/body warmers during the entire time I am in the extender (likely to remain at 10 or more hours per day). I want to see if prolonged deep heat while extending has advantages. This will cost about $1.00 per day in heating packs (packs of 40 are a little over $20 on Amazon, http://www.amazon.com/HeatMax-Hand-B...6753588&sr=8-9).

- When I start back up, I'm going to change to a different schedule at my wife's request. She has a valid complaint that PE is taking up a lot of my time and so I agreed to only do PE 50% of the days. I work 12 hour swing shifts, and I'm going to only do PE on the days that I work. My schedule moving forward will repeat every 28 days, and will be as follows: (PE=PE that day, OFF=rest day) (I am now officially coining this the DJ28 schedule)

PE PE PE PE OFF OFF OFF OFF PE PE PE PE PE PE OFF OFF OFF OFF PE PE PE PE OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF

Time will tell if this approach works well for me, it definitely has some really neat advantages! For instance, once per 28 days, I'll PE 6 days in a row.. On the flip side, once per 28 days I'll get a 6 day rest from PE all together. I actually have high hopes for the schedule, and it will definitely test the "less is more" theory for me. I'm still undecided whether OFF days will be pure rest days, or if I will still extend (since it doesn't interfere with time with the wife), and possibly even do a little hanging. I think I'll take them as pure rest days for the month of February and see how my gains are and make a more informed decision at that time.
I'll report back in a couple of days!
