My routines:
a) warm up - 10mins
b) strecthes with kegel
c) wet jelq -80reps
d) V jelq - 50reps
e) warm down -3mins

Rest day for tomorrow.

    u have to take rest to let your willy to grow. It is just like bodybuilding. Don't over trained yourself. We don't wanna hurt ourselves. Rest to go for longer distance. Your member would tell you if you're not doing the right thing.
