    JP's routine:
    a) warm up - 10mins
    b) stretches
    c) wet jelq - 150reps
    d) V jelq - 90reps
    e) testicle massage - 5mins
    f) cool down - 10mins

    Holy Shit! Just saw a rat. It's bigger than my dick. Got to chase it out. Darn!!!!

    My routine:
    a) warm up - 15mins
    b) stretches with helicopter shakes and kegels each side
    c) wet jelq - 150reps
    d) V jelq - 90reps
    e) Testicle massage - 5mins
    f) Edging - 10mins and ended up in masturbating. I always have an urge to ejaculate during edging. Darn. Need to rewire my mind not to ejaculate and build stronger PC&BC muscles. I can do it. Believe in myself.

    I notice some negative PI today. I have to take it slowly 'less is more'.
    a) warm up - 15mins
    b) stretches - 10mins
    c) wet jelq - 150reps
    d) V jelq - 60reps
    e) Edging - 20mins
    f) 20 JAI stretches and 100-200 kegel throughout the day.

    b) stretches L,R,O, D with helicopter shakes and kegels
    c) wet jelq - 150reps
    d) V jelq - 60reps
    e) Edging - 10mins
    f) 20 JAI stretches and 100-200 kegels along the day

    My JP's routines for today:
    a) warm up - 15mins
    b) stretches,helicopter shakes with kegels
    c) wet jelq - 150reps
    d) v jelq - 40reps
    e) warm down - 5mins + edging - 20mins

    I have been PEing for awhile so i decided to see how is my progress. I was thrilled with the result. I just couldn't believe it. I finally hit 6'' in less than one month which is +0.5inches than my initial size . Isn't that wonderful?

    I also had my dry orgasm two in a row ...
