    My PE exercises:
    a) warm up 10mins
    b)stretches (L,R,O,D)
    c) wet jelq 100reps
    d) V jelq 40reps
    e) kegels 150reps
    f)warm down 3mins

    Rest for tomorrow. I hope it is working down there. I dont wanna be a slow gainer.

    My routines:

    a) warm up 10mins
    b) JP's streches
    c) wet jelq 100 reps
    d) V jelq 30reps
    e) kegel 100reps
    f) warm down 3mins

    For every workouts i did so far i didn't feel any pain or muscles tension. Is it normal or i'm not doing things right? What i notice is there are more bulging veins appearing. I cant maintain my 70% erect penis as i'm getting used to jelqing. Any suggestions guys?

    c) jelq (70reps)
    d) v jelq (40reps)
    e)edging (10mins)
    f) kegel (250reps)
    g) warm down (3mins)

    That's all. Rest for 2 days now.

    b) stretches (left,right, out, up,helicopter shakes)
    c) wet jelq (60reps)
    d) V jelq (30reps)
    e) kegel (150reps)
    f) warm down (3mins)

    How long do you actually spent on your PE? Mind to share?

    This is what i did for today:

    a) Warm up 10 mins
    b) stretching ( helicopter shakes, stretch to left & right,straight out &up, circle stretches, kegel)
    c) wet jelqs 60reps
    d) V jelqs 30reps
    e) Kegel 100reps
    f) Warming down 5 mins

    I notice that i have varicose veins appearing on my dick during jelqing which i didn't have. Am i over exercise? someone please tell me.

    I also have other bulging veins on my willy(left and right ...
