My PE exercises: a) warm up 10mins b)stretches (L,R,O,D) c) wet jelq 100reps d) V jelq 40reps e) kegels 150reps f)warm down 3mins Rest for tomorrow. I hope it is working down there. I dont wanna be a slow gainer.

Is it normal or i'm not doing things right? What i notice is there are more bulging veins appearing. I cant maintain my 70% erect penis as i'm getting used to jelqing. Any suggestions guys?
