no morning wood but horny, my routine for the day : a) warm up (10mins) b) stretching L,R,O,D c) wet jelq (150reps) d) V jelq (90reps) e) cool down (5mins) f) JAI stretches,100 reverse kegel and 200 kegel throughout the day.
My routine: a) warm up - 10mins b) stretches L,R,O,D c) wet jelq - 150reps d) V jelq - 90reps e) warm down - 10mins f) JAI stretches and 100 kegels and reverse kegels throughout the day. My edging session went pretty well yesterday. I manage to edge about 35mins before reaching the point of no return and of course thanks to my gym buddy who send me the post about reverse kegel.
