It took me about 5 minutes to get out of bed, then another 15 minutes to get out of hte house. Byt the time I got to the intersection it was 2:56am I should have been IN the gym at 2:45 i didn't get in the Gym until exactly 3am. that's about when the "Early birds" start filing it. I come in that lull between the early birds and the night owls. usually about an hour and a half worth of "free gym."
Well being late as I was there was already a good number of people there. and when i got moving on the bike, more and more showed up >.<
Well anyway, I focused on just getting through the program. I haven't had my cardio in a while, so it was nice to get through it. i wasn't trying to break any records and I wasn't trying to have a heart attack, so I kept my HeartRate at about 144-147, and did about 6.3 miles by the time the program was over. I ran it out to 6.5 miles on the cool down before I got up and went to the weight room.
I'm definitely getting stronger, My odd set of weights weren't as heavy as they used to be put up 10/8/6 combo!!!!!! w000t CAN'T SEE ME, SON! lmao... but seriously I'm really happy about that. My arms are starting to become nicer!!!
Did some freeweight chest presses, but I really should use the machine. I should have done some back work too... I guess I can hit the back and legs and core tomorrow. YUS!!! upped the weight on my tricep exercises too. pulled of my 15/12/10 rep sequence with a good deal more weight than I'd been using before... definitely felt it by the time I was done. Maybe I should up the weight again and go for 10/8/6 LOL! oh well..
It was a success tonight! *does a happy dance into bed*
