So I'm fresh from the Gym. Fresh from the shower.
Feeling nice and dry, love to air dry . Anyway... To the point...
So I did only 6 miles today in before the program ended. I thought I was pedaling faster than before but I wasn't, apparently. Just tried to make it through. I'm not trying to set any land stationary-speed records... Just trying to bike for 30-35 minutes for cardio. Heart rate was 135-140 the whole time until the pinnacle where it was 140-145. I did okay and when i got there, there was only ONE person in the weight room.
I got done with the bike as more and more people start showing up, I came at the right time!
Went to the weight room, had to search for the special weights, but I'm DEFINITELY stronger put them up for a 10/8/3 count before my arms said "STOP!"
I did the back machine and it felt really goooood only could pull off a 10/8 with the weight i was using, but i definitely felt good. Feeling refreshed right now LOL!
Now time for mo sleeps! Wooohooo!
