Yes, yes! it is one year later! One year! So I've been sticking to my exercise plan as much as possible with my SUPER busy schedule. really hard, going at 3am and stuff. So I've been staying true to my Gym Schedule. I just don't bother with going on the weekends because I have to deal with soooooooo many people because it doesn't open up until 7 and closes at 8. Prime time for all the New Years resolutionists. I'm going to go tomorrow morning, around 3am. Hopefully it's open! hit the gym way too hard this morning and feeling all kinds of Good. I'm getting better on the Bike. did something like a full body work out. I'm starting to remember what I need to do every day. did way more exercises than I had been. Spent in all about an hour in the Gymnasium, LOL! 33minutes on bike and 25 minutes or so on Weight Training. hit the back, legs and chest. I'd done core day before yesterday. I'm DOWN!!!! i'm in the 20s! 227-228 or so.... with clothes on! so whatever ...
