It's been a week since my last post. Which means it's been a week since my last visit to the gym! BAD man! I've been sticking to my diet. It's getting easier, and my stomach is actually a lot easier to fill. I sometimes over eat and get sick on portions that I was used to eating before. It's crazy. But I wonder if I should stay up long enough to go to the Gym at around 2am.... I'm just getting home after hanging out for a while. Stuck to my diet, but I pigged out, so I'm sure it's not 100% job well done. Horrible day for my diet, LMAO i'm going to be STARVING tomorrow, LOL! Oh well. Didn't do much of anything by way of exercise this week. My sleep schedule is off, so I'm not working out like I should. I need to get a weight set. I would work out at home. Long day... today and got more work tonight! Had a great day yesterday. and had a good workout... at work, LOL! Got another job today and it's going to be stupid hot. being that this morning was a Gym day, I didn't go. i needed to keep my energy for today... Hopefully this day goes the way it's supposed to go. Get my exercise and get a few dollars in the process. I'm worried about the oppressive heat though. We'll see

So I'm fresh from the Gym. Fresh from the shower. Feeling nice and dry, love to air dry . Anyway... To the point... So I did only 6 miles today in before the program ended. I thought I was pedaling faster than before but I wasn't, apparently. Just tried to make it through. I'm not trying to set any land stationary-speed records... Just trying to bike for 30-35 minutes for cardio. Heart rate was 135-140 the whole time until the pinnacle where it was 140-145. I did okay ...
It took me about 5 minutes to get out of bed, then another 15 minutes to get out of hte house. Byt the time I got to the intersection it was 2:56am I should have been IN the gym at 2:45 i didn't get in the Gym until exactly 3am. that's about when the "Early birds" start filing it. I come in that lull between the early birds and the night owls. usually about an hour and a half worth of "free gym." Well being late as I was there was already a good number of people ...
