hit the gym way too hard this morning and feeling all kinds of Good. I'm getting better on the Bike. did something like a full body work out. I'm starting to remember what I need to do every day. did way more exercises than I had been. Spent in all about an hour in the Gymnasium, LOL! 33minutes on bike and 25 minutes or so on Weight Training. hit the back, legs and chest. I'd done core day before yesterday. I'm DOWN!!!! i'm in the 20s! 227-228 or so.... with clothes on! so whatever ...
