20 mins Supra's Slammers. 20 mins edging
10 Mins Warm up 25 mins jelqing 10 mins edging Notes: Doing an abbreviated routine from what I used to do on my off days from Supra's Slammers. I'm not doing stretching since I've reached my length goal so anything else I gain is just gravy.
8 mins warm up with the rice sock 25 mins of Supra Slammers. Notes: 21 days off due to work. Work has slowed and I'll be back on track now.
