...I... didn't have a drink last night. I know that shouldn't be much to brag about, but it's not often I go a single day without having an alcoholic drink. It's been even longer since I went two days, and to be honest I think it may be 14 years since I went more than three days without having a drink.

I realised about 9 o'clock last night that I didn't have any beer or wine in the house, and I thought about going to the pub to get some, and thought NO. I should be able to go without a drink. My wife was going to pick me up a case of beer today from the big liquor store and I told her not to. I'm going to go without a drink today too, and tomorrow, and just stop my incessant drinking.

I was also listening to the radio on the way to work this morning and a lady with cancer was talking about how much she exercised, and that it is good for her on a cellular level. Apparently there is a positive association between exercise and the survival rate of cancer, and somehow it just really struck home that the way I live is negatively affecting [I]me [/I]at a cellular level. It got me thinking about what my constant alcohol consumption (and lack of exercise lately) does for my penis growth at a cellular level.

So here's to turning over a new leaf. CHEERS ;)

    Congrats XitemeM, and best of luck in the future. I have been in the grips of this battle for a while myself. Unfortunately I'm kind of in the valley of it right now, but I've only let it become a daily thing for a few months now (at least 4-5/7 days for probably five years). I too am motivated in part by a desire to see better gains from PE by curbing alcohol/tobacco. You inspire me!

    That's cool greaux, thanks man. I was also thinking, most people don't drink everyday, and somehow just remembering that it's normal for most people to be just, well.. normal, it helps it seem like not as tough of a challenge. And yeah, I think any dude that is truly serious about PE should be in the best shape he can be, and for me that means the first step is to stop consuming poisons basically. Good luck
