hey, i've been skimming a lot of post that have been talking about HGH and I was hoping someone could explain what exactly it has to do with PE. I know for a fact that it HGH has to do with getting taller in height so I would love to utilize this before my growth comes to an end, since I am around 5'6" and almost 20 years old in a couple months. Reaching 5'8" in height would be freaking amazing!!!! not to mention gaining down there at the same time
I already stretch and practice correct posture. Supposedly you can grow up to two inches just by correcting your posture. If any of you guys have noticed as well you're taller in the morning than you are at night because the weight of your body that strains on your spine from standing up all day. I forgot what they're called but people have used to those incline benches which strap your feet and flip you upside down to correct their posture, back problems, and reversing that strain on your spine. From this information it seems as if you could increase your height to a certain extent.
Then for HGH, which is naturally produced in the body, has been known to be injected by doctors on dwarf-like children to correct their height in early ages and it has worked. Many parents have urged doctors to do this for their children but failed because HGH injections can be defective if not used on the right type of patient. There have been stories of athletes illegally using HGH injections and resulting with extremely large hands or something like that. I don't know where I was going with all of that but basically, from what I know, HGH is the natural precursor for growth in the body.
I wanted to see if anyone else knows a thing or two about growth from their knowledge or own experience.
Is there anyway I could get my body to generate more HGH naturally?
How tall are you guys and have any of you guys gone through a growth spurt after age 19?
