There is some overlap with Erection Tea. Do you take these in addition to Erection Tea or can the tea substitute for some of it?

not necessarily true. ive been taking a green tea supplement for quite some time on and off and taking it on an empty stomach most certainly can induce nausea. the one i take is pretty potent though (98% catechins) but also one of the best you can get , by Life Extension.

Kingpole you seem to be knowledgable in this area. Is it alright to take both Gensing and Gingko Biloba (especially in high dosages) daily?

    Thanks

This question doesnt have to do with herbs but it does with supplements. What other supplements would you recommend as well?

Perfect timing with your thread Kingpole. My EQ has seriously gone down so it's time to start the recovery process. Erection tea for me, please!

Gentlemen, I am new here and am pleased to be part of the discussion. A question that's been on my mind for quite some time; is there a relation between ED and penile exercising? I guess what I am getting at here, is it possible to get ED from jelqs, stretches, hangs, etc.?

    Dopamine,
First, Welcome to the Gym. We are happy to have you join us!
Your question is an excellent one but this thread isn't the best place to go into it, I think. Take a look around the ED Forum and read a bunch of the threads. (Try the search function.) There is a lot of information available on ED and, of course, PE.
The short answer is that you certainly can injure yourself by overtraining or being careless with PE. However, many of us, myself included, are here to improve our EQ.

Pirate brings up a good point ,green tea ,garlic and ginger, are food products in wide use.
From previous discussions, it seems it is hard to get the amount of tea required, for an effect in cups of tea and caps are more practical.
However it would seem to me, many people eat more garlic and ginger than is in the caps.
