Our stories are similar, Dusty. Have you thought of trying Cialis? It works into the next day. I took one the other week, and I had great erections and good "flushed flaccids" for P.E. sessions well into the second day. Can't beat that.

I think Kingpole's green tea formula has also worked wonders for me. It doesn't hurt to swim a mile a day as well. Get's that blood down there where I want it.

Since my original posting I can admit to some improvement.

However the doctor has now prescribed Viridal Duo injections. I used the first one today and to start with was not overly keen on the idea of sticking a needle in the side of the penis, no matter how small and fine the tip is.

The result was a shock, the erection was firm ,but the length and girth was incredible when comparing to previous situation.

I am unsure how this thing actually works, but there are warnings on the box regarding erections which last for over 2 hours.

Anyway the crazy thing is that once the injection wore off the penis appears to have retained some of the increases. I believe that the excersises I have been doing has expanded all the designated area's however my 'poor' bloodflow has not been into these regions for sometime, now the injection has opened the floodgates.

Do you think that the continuance of excersise along with the odd injection will help my cause?

Have you had any other experiance of members using this injection?

One other point is it better to inject closer to the base of the shaft?

It's very possible that the Viridal Duo will keep your penis in an expanded state for much longer than normal. One important point- you don't want to become dependent on drugs for your PE. I would suggest doing enough stamina work so that you can get these rock hard erections without any pharmaceutical assitance.

I've read many mixed reports on men using erectors like Viagra to assit them with PE. Just be very careful and make sure that you don't overdo it.

You should inject Viridal Duo into one of the corpus cavernosa (the top left or right chamber of the penis). I suspect that the closer you inject towards the base the better the delivery will be, but you should experiment with different sites to see how it affects you.

Hi, I just noticed this new category for PE'ers w/ ED, or who have had it.

Mods, feel free to move my thread about jelqing and ED to this area...

Anyway, I inject for erections. It sounds like a big deal. But honestly, its not. I'm pretty used to it now. I would so rather be able to have a spontaneous erection with something like Cialis...just because it makes me feel more normal But currently, I can't afford that shit. BTW if anybody knows a safe, cheap way to get it please let me know. Besides, my ED is severe enough that its not reliable enough right now anyway. But I'm hoping PE and stretching will get my Penis healthier to the point where taking the pill will do the trick.

Somebody had asked about the injections. Whatever you do, go to somebody that knows what the hell they are doing. I flew to Boston at BU to see the clinic that invented the injections. I originally went to a guy in my home state of Florida, but he didn't have a clue and he was supposed to be an expert. They gave me bigger than necessary needles and less than optimal medicine to inject with. Let me know if you have questions.

Kingpole had mentioned to me in the other thread that it took him up to a year to get his wood back naturally. So I'm trying to be patient on that front.

I've only been doing PE for about a month, but I think I'm seeing indications that I'll be off the blue pill before long. My EQ is at 10 these days when I'm working manually (and EQ11 with the morning wood!), but when my wife and I are having sex, I have some residual performance anxiety that will cause me to lose the EQ in mid-stroke and then the session is over. I still take the pill, but lower dosage seems to be working just fine. Some day I'll be able to spend all that V money on something else!

You realize that your ED is in your head- that's an important step towards total recovery. Now you just have to learn to let nature take over. Are you sincerely doing your best to focus on your wife and not on the fear?

A bit of advice that may help- try not ejaculating for awhile and focus only on activities that don't cause you anxiety. If possible, reserve your next ejaculation for intercourse. After a few days, the build up will be so intense that you'll likely be too sexually aroused to focus on the irrational fear.

This is good, but viagra only treats the symptoms of ED it does not address the underline cause of ED. The Cause of ED is always due to circulation issues. You should go to the doctor to have your cholesterol checked and blood pressure.

I take Coreg and A/B Blocker which makes the noodle well cooked. ED is an early symptom of blocked arteries and indication of future heart problems. Ask the man that owns one, developed limpus weiner before the heart attack. Since begining PE however am occasionally getting a morning erection again without the little blue pill, or tan pill and my erections are firmer and harder when I am back in the saddle.
