I am having big problems achieving and maintaining an erection. I am only 25 and I feel like I am too young to be having this kind of problem. I am hoping someone can give me some suggestions or advice.
I get good morning wood almost every morning. I almost never masturbate and never watch porn...if I do I can usually only get partly hard. I think I have very low libido now and I don't know why. When I am out with my gf, for example watching a movie or walking around, sometimes I will have a good erection. When we are in bed together I can never get things to work properly. I can get good erections sometimes, but they also go soft before I can penetrate her. When she is blowing me I also go soft really easily. What is going on? This has happened with other girls too, and it is always really embarrassing.
I have a fair amount of stress and anxiety in my life right now, but I am thinking that there might be more to it than stress. Is it possible that this is because of low testosterone or something else? Maybe I am depressed? What can I do to fix this problem?

It certainly sounds like you have sexual anxiety. Have you talked to your girlfriend about this? Maybe she can help you through it. Being honest with her will be far better than having her feel like a failure if you both continue to struggle. Talk to her and try and reduce your anxiety and stress level relating to sex.
Having morning wood means that you have a normal functioning penis and your issues are directly related to psychological problems like sexual anxiety. The more you worry about this problem the longer the problems will persist.

Depression and just plain anxiety will kill your erections. Have you tried meditation? I do a kind of relaxation/meditation when I practice p.e. It works great.
