Hey guys. I dont know why, but about 1 month into my routines, I just could barely get an erection anymore. I dont know why, and also it was a while ago. I mean monthssssss ago. I decided that I would rest my cock for a few weeks. That week has recently turned into about two months today, and my EQ is still only like a 6 out of 10 . . . HORRIBLE UGHHHHH! I dont know what else to do guys. I mean, while i was waiting for my dick to heal, I would do VERY light kegels every 2 days and do them VERY sparingly. After a month or so of doing that, i increased the intensity a bit. . . . nothing. . . .guys please help. . . .my girl is getting SO annoyed and I feel like less than a man. PLEASE HELP GUYS WTF IS WRONG HERE!!!! |

I'm very sorry to hear about this. But it is important for us to know if you had ED before you started PEing, or if PE caused your ED. I assume the latter from your post, but I may have misunderstood. |

I am very sorry to hear about your problems. Try to keep calm and lets see if we can't figure out whats happened. Are you in any pain (in your penis/groin area)? Have you experienced any pain? Through PE? How did your unit respond to PE? Did it turtle up? Any loss of sensitivity? Did you take rest days or go flat out? Be as specific as you can. Also any other outside (of PE) factors which could be affecting things? Depression? Drugs? Stress? Have you grown at all from PE? According to to the TGC theory if your tunica has grown more than your smooth muscle this may account for a loss in EQ?! What was your routine? More based on stretching or erect work? Maybe some supplements could help, kingpole is pretty hot on his supplements. Although you must remember we are not doctors (well Im not) so my advice can only be so in depth. Do remember that erections are quite mysterious things and can fluctuate alot and are only going to be made worse by worry and stress (which I know is hard not too do in a situation like your in), but it does sound that you have waited for some time for things to pick up and they havent yet. hmmm, It would be great if some of the mods with experience with ED could chime in and help our fellow PEer abit more. |

Do you smoke or drink? Try some erection tea that should help you and your girlfriend enjoy a nice hard erection.

But Im no expert in that field yet. I know my EQ has been down abit recently, but I am unsure of how much and for how long. EQ is a funny thing made so much worse by anxiety. The reaction of hormones and chemicals required for an erection have a complex chain of events. I think deficency in one area can throw the whole process off. I think seratonin is an factor. I am eating more chocolate to try and boost that a little. I think learning about the actual chemisty of erections is important for ED and getting over it (well IMO). There is another possibility. You say you are 19? It is possible your body chemistry is changing somewhat. The puberty high doesn't last forever. Perhaps the transition has some responsibility? Well man I would say to you that if you try to answer their questions and stay calm you might be surprised on how quick of an improvement you might be able to make. The key is to stay calm and approach relaxed. If you do this and let the people here at the forums give you some good advice then you will be on your way to recovery fast. And once you got yourself ( meaning your penis ) under control of what you want it to do. Then your ex will probably stumble over herself to get back to you. Good luck, stay calm and once your member is back better then ever stay around for a while because you could find yourself with more then you could ever imagine.
