Question EQ 10 out of 10 here I come!

Hello everybody! Brand new to the site!

I came across this website while looking for natural ways to fight what I believe is a mild case of ED. I have been creeping around the forums for the last few days and am really impressed with what I have read. I really had no idea that PE was possible but now I am convinced and excited! However my main goal remains to increase my EQ (as you guys put it) and then I will put more thought into getting a size boost

A bit about me: I am 23, sometimes I have trouble getting an erection, and also maintaining it for long. This has really lower my sexual confidence and is hurting my social life with the ladies! Sometimes I will go a whole day without getting an erection (not even morning wood) and other days I will have a few strong erections. My circulation is not that great either (cold hands and feet).

I am curious if I could get a little help on what I should be focusing on if I am mainly concerned about my EQ. I have been doing some research and what I have came up with so far is that Kegels are going to be key for me. Additionally it seems that a lot of the PE excercise help with you EQ. This is what I have decided to try.

10-Minutes – Warm Up
Basic Stretching
10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
Kegels throught routine
2 days on 1 day off

200 Extra Kegels per day

This is based on PEsuccessGuy's success story and the routine he used. Thanks PEsuccessGuy

Additionally I am trying to find some Ginko Biloba pills, so far I have only found Ginko tea.

Questions:
Does this seem pretty reasonable for a beginner? I am open to all suggestions.
Should I be doing Kegels every day or should I take breaks?
Should I be doing different lengths of Kegels? as in 100 short, 75 medium, 25 long.
Anymore suggestions on increasing EQ?
I feel i could do with some psychological work as well, any suggestions there?

Sorry for the long post (I fear more questions will come) and thanks for the help in advance.

Poor circulation to hands and feet sounds more like a general health problem to me. What's your nutrition like? Exercise?

Sounds good to me.

Do them every other day at first. If you feel that you need to do more then you can up the days you do them as needed.
Should I be doing different lengths of Kegels? as in 100 short, 75 medium, 25 long.
Yes - I'd recommend working up to 60 second holds. Do reps of 10 seconds to begin with, condition yourself and move on up. You can throw some longer kegels in there too - 30 seconds or 60 seconds, mix it up so you don't get bored.
Anymore suggestions on increasing EQ?
Good diet, good exercise, lower the stress and anxiety.
I feel i could do with some psychological work as well, any suggestions there?
Maybe yoga?

My nutrition right now is decent. I eat at home 6 out of the 7 days a week and have fairly balanced meals. I do eat more pasta then I probably should (a meal a day) but otherwise I would say I am a healthy eater. I do still party quite a bit which averages to heavy drinking once or twice a weak.

My exercise has been lacking for the past few years. I am lucky in that I have a fast metabolism and naturally above average muscle build. This leaves me with a slim, slightly muscular body even without doing any excercise. Then again maybe I am not so lucky because I think this is the reason I have neglected regular exercise. Currently I am playing soccer once a week (going to up it to twice a week in the summer) and go for a short jog once a week but that often does not happen.

I would assume that cardio is the best to help with circulation?

I'm a fan of short, intense bursts of exercise (think crossfit.com, crossfitendurance.com), interval training and yoga. I think that long cardio probably does help with circulation, but there are some drawbacks to doing excessive amounts of cardio (overuse injuries, etc.). But that's if you do excessive amounts pretty much daily.

You may want to try breathing exercises to get circulation flowing, I've heard this helps. Yoga's got some great breathing exercises.

Man this is great advice! Yoga or ti chi, gi gong type exercise. I will teach a breathing exercise that will help with circulation. Im woried though about the cold hands and feet. How long have you had cold hands and feet? This is a classic symtom of a slugish thyroid which would also explain the mild ed as well.

I think you should go to the doctor to have your thyroid checked, have a TSH,T3,T4 test done. this is a expensive test however, about 600$. You will need to stop partying for sure beer and alcohol can result in ED. Also ED is a circualtion problem may want to cut back n ffods the cause triglycerides to spike. Cug back on the past, white rice, white flour products, sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Now for the exercise that will inprove circulation right away. It is called diaphramic breathing. Most westerners are chest breathers gthis is a very insuficient way of feeding your body oxygen. So this is what you do.

Breath deeply through your nose, bring the brrath into your stomach, then slowly release that breath through the mouth. do thisd while doing PE, while doing kegels while jerking off and while having sex. Also practice this throughout the day.

You can get ginkgo biloba at most drug store in the supplements isle. I strongly urge yiou to start taking 240mg of standardised ginkgo per day. Ginkgo will help with the circulation to your feet and hands and penis. Buildin stronger erection in about 14 days time. Also you may want to take up the habit of drinking green tea which also is good for circulation.

And you can make erection tea!

Erection Tea

Awesome

Thanks for all the help guys.

I just started on Ginkgo yesterday with a dosage of 180mg, I will up it to 240mg right away. I have heard of this breathing excercise before. Is the idea to eventually always breath into the stomach versus the chest?

I will get my thyroid checked out ASAP. It has been atleast 6 years now that I have had cold hands and feet maybe even longer.

I don't quite understand the whole sleeping with socks thing but I will try it anyways.

So would it be most beneficial for me to be doing a short but vigorous run\bike everyday? in terms of helping with circulation. Cutting back on some of the foods is going to be tough especially with those foods listed are my roomates and myselfs favs. Think I will take it slow for the food part.

Going to find a yoga DVD and start doing a bit in the morning. Then again going to a yoga class would probably be a great way to meet some new ladies

You guys are great, thanks agian

Lokie: Welcome to the Gym! Good to have you here.

Make sure you take a couple of days off with your Kegels each week or you're liable to overtrain.

I hear ya remek, after reading a large portion of the posts on this site I get that more is not better. So I will be very careful about not overtraining. Actually I am just starting my PE today pretty excited about it.

As for everything else I have been doing what I call micro-excersise were I will do a short but vigorous excercise to get my blood flowing. I try to do a few every day along with the diaphramic breathing. I think the Ginkgo is also starting to make a small effect. only time will tell
