Ok I think my unit has been feeling more numb than usual. Funny thing is I havent PEed for about 2-3 weeks. I have been focussing on ballooning/edging. I guess all the rubbing and engorgement has led to numbess. Its quite worrying. I edge for about 20-30 mins, and I have done so about 5 times in the last few weeks. I dont think my unit can handle it! What should I do? I have stopped edging and ballooning, but should I still masturbate? I hope sensitivity returns. Also my unit is more turtled again! One possibility could be the fact I have been drinking green tea 3 times a day, heavily brewed stuff. Also I guess because I was getting numb when edging I ended up stroking with more force and speed. Will I recover from this? Should I take anything? Ginko Biloba? I am getting so fed up of PE! How tight was your grip from edging/ballooning? Were you using lube or just doing it dry? You may want to think about getting a Fleshlight, those help with sensitivity issues from gripping too hard. I'd recommend stopping all forms of masturbation until your sensitivity returns. That means don't touch your penis AT ALL until you're 100% again.

Right, OK, thanks keido. I used lube once, the other times it was either my hands or a tissue. My grip wasnt too tight, but I do think the edging was abit too long for me. I have still been able to get erect and ejaculate, but Its odd. When flaccid there are times it almost doesnt feel like its there. Havent felt that way since hanging! |

Is this while your flaccid is turtled? Could be a circulation issue in the moment then. Are you numb when you do your edging too or is it just then?

Yes when turtled mostly I think! And yeah there is always a coldness when turtled. I think I may have some degree of circulation issues. When I was younder I would often get cold hands and feet easily. Ive gained a bit of muscle now so I feel the cold less, but my extremities still do feel cold when its cold outside! Well when I was edging I found I was struggling to orgasm, I felt desensitized abit. So I guess yes when edging I did feel abit numb. To be honest I dont know if maybe thats to do with masturbating everyday for a long while now. I know that can cause a desensitization, both mentally and physically. |

Hm, perhaps you should try Ginkgo while you're recovering if you don't take it already.

Yeah KP recommended this a while back. Might give it ago. Either way I am beginning to think that my body is not internally geared for PE at all! Lack of hormones!

Your hands and feet are the coldest parts of your body averaging 87 degrees. Somewhat cooler than the core body.

Yes, like KP says I exercise. I have done with weights for the past 7-8 years. I am now mid twenties. But I do feel that for the amount of effort I put forth into my training (but always trying not to overtrain), my nutrition and my recovery, my muscle gains are now becoming very minimal. I did gain about 3-4 stone of muscle over the years, but now its much more difficult. Also at the moment I put on belly fat VERY easily, even if my diet is pretty clean. I am beginning to wonder if I have low testosterone. I am thinking of getting my levels checked. Maybe I need some prescription T cream for my penis. I think maybe PE without the right hormone and chemical levels in the body may be quite futile! I know there are natural herbs like tribulus, but I wonder how effective they really are.
