First a little bit about me. Im 28 years old and in excellent health with no known health problems. I am heterosexual and I dont use any drugs and have no diseases. I am 6' 3" and weigh roughly 200 lbs with 10% bodyfat. I am very into fitness and I workout 5 days a week with about an hour of weights and twenty minutes of cardio. My bone pressed erect penis length is about 8 inches upon maximum arousal and my erect girth is between 5.5 and 5.75 inches. My flaccid size is not too impressive and varies with a shift in the wind. Im probably around four inches flaccid most of the time, and shrink to humiliating sizes when cold, anxious, or exercising. If I'm hot or somewhat aroused or have to pee really bad, it might become a nice and full 5 or 6. I generally have great erections and I have a great life in pretty much every regard except for two issues which I will share because they are why I am starting this penis exercise program. I suffer from anxiety, and I experience occasional bouts of Erectile Dysfunction. 1. Social and Performance Anxiety: Anxiety runs heavily on my moms side of the family. She worries about anything and everything, although she has no social anxiety whatsoever. I worry less than her about everything, but my anxiety manifests itself in social situations and in situations where I have to perform. I have found that socializing daily and with new people drastically reduces my anxiety, however it is never eliminated. My anxiety is highest with women, about 20 times higher than with men. 2. ED: My EQ is generally high, between 8 and 10 however it occasionally plummets to horrid levels. There are two causes to my ED, one is psychological and one is physiological. My psychological issue is that if I am nervous at all (which I almost always am with girls) my EQ drops to a 0 or 1. I become so nervous when Im with a girl for the first time that my heart starts racing at 200 beats per minute and my penis turtles up to smaller than it gets when im cold or exercising. This caused me to be a virgin until I was 25 (which is only 3 years ago and when I discovered Cialis through a friend) despite women constantly throwing themselves at me. I have only taken cialis a handful of times and it is almost either a half or a quarter pill because I am fearful of the long term effects of pharmaceutical drugs. I can attest that the pill makes me a sexual god and alleviates much of my performance anxiety (although it may interfere with pleasure and ejaculation to some degree). When psychological symptoms of anxiety are not present I generally have very good EQ (between 8-10 completely natural with no supplements or drugs). I believe I suffer from a form of physiological ED as well: quickly subsiding erections when not stimulated. My erections tend to subside quickly if I am not recieving manual stimulation or am doing intermittant kegels to provide a form of stimulation without touch. I feel that I should be able to maintain an erection with no form of physical stimulation or kegel contraction whatsoever for at least a few minutes. To better understand the the type of physical ED I believe I have I will describe my nighttime and morning erections. If I wake up in the middle of the night for some odd reason because I have to pee or something I usually have a raging boner. Once I stand up to go to the restroom the erection subsides rather quickly (starts to subside after 5 seconds and has completely subsided between 10 and 30 seconds). I feel this form of ED is caused by either some sort of chemical imbalance or venous leakage. My nighttime/morning erection should remain for several minutes without any stimulation. Most mornings I do not wake up with an erection, and if I do it subsides rapidly. That being said, if I maintain some sort of stimulation I can maintain EQ levels of 8-10 for over an hour. This simply indicates to me that bloodflow into my penis is good, but the mechanism which reduces bloodflow out of the penis during erection is malfunctioning, damaged, or weak. Further evidence of this is that my erection begins to subside within fifteen seconds of ejaculation, and has mostly subsided within thirty seconds to a minute. It is extremely rare for me to stay fully erect after orgasm for longer than fifteen seconds, partial erect for longer than thirty seconds, or semi erect for longer than a minute or two after orgasm. A third form of ED I get is self caused and results from masturbating too frequently. I seem to have meduim to long refractory period (oddly, the longer I take to achieve orgasm the longer my refractory period). If I orgasm quickly, in less than 10 minutes of masturbation than my refractory period is much shorter than if I orgasm after half an hour to an hour of masturbation. After orgasm, I can get erect again usually after thirty minutes, although my EQ is greatly reduced for up to four hours. Although my erectile performance is 90% returned after three or four hours, it is greatest after three to seven days abstinence and the entire experience of masturbation and orgasm is far more intense and pleasurable after such a long abstinence. The exception to this rule is that if my previous orgasm was after a long period of abstinence, my subsequent masturbation can be as little as three or four hours later and still extremely pleasureable and last close to an hour. I generally only masturbate between one and three times a week because of how much better my erections become. Orgasm is also very powerful in altering my brain chemicals and can make me feel anxious through the day, so I try to limit it. The 4th form of ED I have experienced is also self caused and results from either playing with myself a certain way without ejactulating, or from doing an intense non pleasureable form of resistance erect kegels (similar to towel ups) which causes severe dysfunction in me somehow. First, if I play with myself the wrong way I sometimes get blueballs and reduced sexual performance until I ejactulate and recover. Second, and this results in horrible ED for me, is doing an exercise similar to towel ups. What I do is get an erection, then instead of using a towel for resistance use my hand to apply gentle resistance to my erect penis from different angles while kegeling. At first the resistance coupled with the kegels forces blood into the penis and encourages a very strong erection, that however quickly subsides as your kegel muscle and erectile hormones wear out and after doing the exercise it leaves me with ED for up to a week with bad EQ 4-6 and turtling. I am guessing that towel ups would cause this exact same symptom in me. BTW I have tried towel ups and I always lose my erection before finishing a set and I think that relates to the physiological ED problem I described where I lose my erection too rapidly when no stimulation is present. Goals: 1. Through Penile Exercising and Supplements I want to eliminate or reduce my physiological ED which is best described as erections that subside too quickly when lacking stimulation. 2. I want to improve my EQ to its maximum level at all times. 3. I want as large a penis as possible in both erect and flaccid states (with a 9.2" x 7.1" erect penis being ideal along with a 6" x 5" average flaccid) I know these numbers are unrealistic so my shorterm erect size goal is 8.2 x 6.1 #1 and #2 are more important to me than #3. I started a routine for a few weeks where I was doing just jelqing (no warmup or stretching) at abouit 85% erection (any less and it feels like Im not doing anything) for 10 to 20 minutes. My penis felt alot fuller after this although I dont know if gained from it. I took about a month off after this because I suffered a bout of ED after trying to do resistance based erect kegels, and now that Im recovered Im going to simply try the beginner routine. I am also going to take as many erection improving supplements as possible. Any advice is welcome

Green tea is the anti anxiety supplement. It contains the amino acid theanine. Theanine is known as the anti worry amino acid. This should help with the psycological ED. Well anyway i wish you much success and welcome to Pegym!

What about the physiological ED, which is basically that my erection starts to subside without stimulation after fifteen to thirty seconds and is down to a semi by thirty seconds to a minute. (if I'm near orgasm you can double these numbers) Stimulating the penis will ofcourse bring the erection back pretty quickly, but I should be able to stay erect with no stimulation for longer than 30 seconds...

dude, that sounds like WAY to fuggin much. I try to go with 2 pills a day...and KP mentioned in another thread it can take 24 days to kick in at minimum. I have been on it for 2 weeks myself and haven't experienced much yet. | |

I don't think Ginko will help with anxiety, it does improve circulation. The only thing that helps my anxiety for sure is drinking. If I do not allow my mind to dwell on the negative and focus on the positives it helps some. |

I get the same thing, i have a semi erection most mornings, but i stand up and it just goes. Same as if im masturbating then i stand up, it just goes. Also, im too young, UNDER 19 but im not going to say how old i am. And i need continued physical stimulation to maintain some sort of erection. Do you get any firm flaccidness?? |

I only do 120mg of ginkgo 3 times a week, and I have had improvements after a few weeks. Improvements that have been noticed by the misses.
