Kegels are the free cure for ED and a better EQ, and a better sex life, in my opinion. Erection Tea, works for everyone. It's just a matter of how bad you have it or think you have it. A friend of mine, who I forced to get an account here tried some Erection Tea--and I didn't used less than the regular measurements--was like dude this stuff doesn't work. I was like, really it's working for me. And then he laughed and said yeah it's working I just didn't want to admit it. Hahaha.

Look at the PIs thread that I jacked from Cern, your goal to have better gains and EQ is to get positive PIs. Kegels will help, so will certain supplements to help with blood flow. Look at JP's Routine. You can't miss it in the Beginner section. When you start kegeling do the recommended reps in the guide. Otherwise you could overtrain like I did and then your EQ goes down further.

Daily kegeling, a half hour or so of wet jelqing preceded by a 15 minute hot wrap warm-up on a daily basis, lots of green tea and you'll get those rock hard upper angle woodies back--the kind you had when you were fourteen. It took me about a month and my woodies went from 9 o'clock to 11 o'clock and I started sporting morning wood. I can kegel my rising penis 45 degrees with no problem.

Green tea will help boost those sagging testosterone levels to. Avoid soy and beer and you should be fine. Your erections are considerd statistically well endowed.
And this along with the lower test levels may be the reason for lack luster wood. Bigger penis takes longer to fill when test is not sufficient.

what do you reccomend i start off with? for now im ONLY doing kegels. (200 quick pumps/day for the first two weeks like irish reccomended)

second, based on your expertise (you definitley seem like an expert) what do you think my chance of success is if i follow a regime religiously?

third, your last post. . dude im not big at all. ive considered that before maybe since im stastically bigger that its heavyier and is harder to keep up. . but then i see these 9inch porn stars who actually are big. . and their dicks are like concrete.

youre right stastically im bigger, but isnt the average like 5 to 7. im just on the large side of average. id love to be out of the average bracket completly. . as long as my wood is more like steel haha.

oh ya, while im at it. . eq is my main goal here. it is priority, but after i achieve that i will definitly try to add some size. me and my girl measured yesterday. . bone pressed erect im exactly 7.5 what would u say is a reasonable long term goal (1 year or so) and how likely am i to meet that goal?

i know thats kind of hard to say but based on your experttise. . jst give me your best guess

Most of your issues can be attributed to low testosterone, weak pelvic floor muscles, lack of nitrous oxide in the body. Do you live an unhealthy lifestyle? Junk food and no exercising?

Those 9" are really 7-7.5" they use camera tricks and really petite women to film porn.
Radiohead coined it in the post above, weak pelvi floor and low test levels. Your test receptors are in your BC muscle. You will read a lot of post on the PC muscle but the muscle you use to kegal is primarily the BC muscle.

You need to forget kegaling while flaccid you need the heavier type kegel exercise foe now to get the test receptors in the BC muscle to fire up those rock hard erections. Do your kegels while erect, lift the penis up as best you can with your BC muscle.

You also need to give edging a try.

I read ur post on edgine. I'm curious though, how does edging improve eq? I'm not saying your wrong. You're the authority here u kno what works, but I'm just curious as to the theory behind it
