Dudes, i have sex multiple time in day..most of the time, but the sex is too short each time.
The problem is not quick ejaculation. It feels like I lost power...and also its difficult to get hard.

When I am at home if I jerk off - I get hard fast, sometimes painful erection (when try to push ''him'' down) - that's hard

When I am with my girlfriend, damn, its hard to get erection. Hard hard hard. If it happen - its almost NEVER 100% erect. Like 70%..80% or 50%...and also while I'm inside her - I get SOFT . Nerves and youth seem to be the problem. Barring any medical condition at 19 there is no other answer. You are doing just what you worry about so your mind makes it happen. You will grow out of it and if you relax you''ll grow out of it sooner!
