Ok so im 21 and just started PE this week. Ive started off on the basic routine. After the first session, i felt great, there was a noticeable increase in blood flow, things like that. I went to do a second session 2 days later, and after i did warm up n stretch, and i couldnt hold an erection during the jelq. Im generally quite easily arroused, and can usually do it simply by concentration. Now, it requires excessive influence. I still get a slight feeling of arrousal often.. but its like, stepping on the gas and the car isnt moving.

As far as i can tell, i didnt over stretch, i did as was instructed to find a "tingly" medium, and didnt reach any painful points. This began the day of that second session.
I can still gain a full erection with a fair amount of effort, but it doesnt feel "full", though as far as i can tell it is.

Please, im really worried ive screwed up my body, any advice / answers?

During a jelq you don't want to have a full erection. I think you're letting your mind interfere with the routine, to be honest. I thought I had ED myself when I first started, so I know exactly how you feel. I had to jelq to porn, which hurt my EQ greatly...stupid, stupid. Here's my log if you wanna see how the mind affects the body, including our member.

Anyway, you're fine mala. During a wet jelq with the o.k. grip you want to be 0-40% erect. I like to be at 40% exactly, but that's just me. And for the V-Jelq 60% should be the maximum. You do not want to do any PE at this point with a full erection.

Do you kegel? What's your routine? I recommend JonPop's routine or kingpole's. Follow it to the tee and you will be on your way to gains and better EQ.

Try it again in a few days, in the meantime take a break, you likely overtrained.

It wasnt just while i was jelqing, it was that point on.

Try watching many porn^^, take a break, drink green tea, no smoking, no alcohol, let see how your body react..... When all went well do the 1PE -1 rest day routine, your unit might not be acquainted by such exercise, increase gradually...

UPDATE: 3rd day in a row without morning wood. I wake up and theres sum weight, or blood flow, but no stiffness. Also im feeling sum tension in my pelvic area. could this be from kegels?

And as i said its been several days. I CAN get an erection still, but its suddenly quite difficult to, where as i could control it on my own before.

One thing you want to be careful about is to not over-obsess about your body clues. Listen to your body, don't obsess over it. You need to approach PE slowly and with a light grip, literally.

Make sure you take your rest days. Don't even kegel during rest days.

You'll want to buy the following supplements to get your dick up:

Yes that's right. Smoking and drinking affects sexual health mostly. The nerves that control erection and ejaculation are dulled by alcohol resulting in impotence.
