Stick with supplements and a healthy PE routine. The stuff from other countries, which is were you can usually get the generic stuff, is very off-on and you never know what you're really getting.

Viagra does not go off patent until March 27, 2012. Until then, there will not be any legitimately manufactured generic version of it.
