Default Anyone fully overcome ED with PE?

Are there any Gym members who have totally overcome erectile dysfunction with PE exercises? If so, tell us your story and how you progressed. Thanks.

What kind of ED, mental or physical?

My ED has gotten a lot better mpstly IMO due to kegels.

I did, had ED foor 6 years the last two years of that it was complete ED. Took about six months of PE gensing and billberry to get it up to 100%.
It is not enought to do just Pe. You may have to elimnate certain lifestyle factors like "Beer". Most medications can cause ED. Even continued use of NSAIDS can cause ED.

Blood pressiure meds and depresion medications, diuretics and nuerontin just to name a few.

You may have to add in a few lifestyle changes like a 30 minute brsik walk everyday 3-5 days per week.

What are the causes usually something that impairs circulation or a condition known as andropause. Diabetes and high cholesterol are also to blame for ED.

My erectile dysfunction was minor compared to others, but I hated taking viagra to sustain a solid woody. That is why I started to practice p.e. It took me a month or so of daily jelqing and kegeling to get it up where it belonged: eleven o'clock.

Funny u posted this. ..

I've been studying these forums and used kegels to help with my mild e.d, so far erect kegels have helped my erection. . .

And today was my first session of the beginners guide. . .
The stretches went great. . . The trouble part was jelqing, I kept going soft during the jelqing nd I was trying 2 remain 75%erect or so. . .

How do the other excercises help with eq?

I posted the question because there is some, not a lot, of research showing that some of the PE exercises (kegels in particular) have helped men overcome ED. I just wanted to know if any of the PE Gym members had had any success. I'm working to get off the blue pill myself and I am looking for some motivators to come forward with their stories, not that my other gains in length and girth aren't motivation enough!

This is anecdotal, of course, and I still use cialis occasionally, but I know the jelqing (an hour a day by my second month), along with the kegels, brought my eleven o'clockers back--I woke up with these rock hard woodies, which I hadn't experienced in years. And then came the gains in length and girth.

Whoooohoooo!! My urologist is full of shit!! Whoohoooo.

Hi Ajmarket,

You don't need to jelq at 75 % erect. 50 %--even 30 % will work just fine. I know that people have different ideas about what 30 % and 50 % mean. I like to use the clock: 9 o'clock, 10 o'clock, etc. The stretching has always reduced my erection level. That, of course, is just my experience.
