Default in need of serious help, PLEASE

Guys I'm mentally fucked. . .

It seems my xgf is the only one who can give me awesome eq and full erection. .

We were together on n off 3.5 years. . . At one point we took a 6month break I dated another girl, I got shitty wood with that girl. . Terrible boners. . .

Just had sex w some girl and eq was JUST ENOUGH for sex. . .

I think this is a mental thing. ..

How can I conquer it. .

Wood was awesome from kegels when master bating and sex with the x. . .

Just my opinion, sounds like you are in love with the ex still. So I say yes it is some part mental. Something about her tickles your fancy.

Also try laying off masturbating. Or do what I do sometimes and masturbate but not cum, like edging I guess. I find it the next day to make me more frisky if you will.

Not that I'm an expert by any means but I've had my issues lately as well...

My advice would be to stop masturbating, especially the day before or the day of sex. Harder than it sounds though. I've made a vow to stop jerkin it because it does lower my sex drive.

As far as the mental aspect, yes that has been a problem with me as well. When I'm about to have sex, I try to focus on my breathing and the woman. Also, if you're with a woman more than once and you feel comfortable enough, tell her what turns you on. You obviously felt comfortable with your ex, and she knew how to set you off.

The reason I mentioned breathing is if you start to think about your erection your anxiety rises and deep breaths will calm you.

This may seem weird but I've tried this and it seems to work. Meditate daily, more than once if you can. If you've never tried meditating it's great. You simply relax, close your eyes, take deep breaths and clear your head of any thoughts. Once you're calmed, visualize yourself having great sex, and getting a rock hard erection. You want to focus on this so much that you get some sort of emotion or good feeling from this visualization. I would also try focusing on your package, and telling yourself that it feels warm and tingly down there. If you find your mind wandering, just let go of that thought and continue, always making sure that you're taking deep breaths. Sometimes when I find my mind wandering, I will count down from 10, each number I count is a deep breath, or an exhale, and that seems to center me.

I also suggest meditating daily and visualizing having a great day, things going great at work, great things happening; positive affirmations is what I'm getting at.

I also suggest a few minutes of meditation with a clear mind, counting down from 10 when your mind wanders.

If you can find 15 minutes a day to meditate, I'm positive that you will see a noticeable difference in your attitude, outlook, and sex-life.

I just went way off beat but I highly suggest meditation to anyone.

I've also been battling low testosterone for a couple years. . .

it doesn't effect my erections too much when I'm with my x. . .

Maybe a few weeks no pe, porn, masterbation not even thinkin about my dick will decondition me and make me more sensitive..

Also I will try increased cardio and more rest n relaxation
