Ive been reading up and doing some work to test out what would work for me. Try the tea with some ginger, lemon juice, and honey - 2 times a day. Keep in mind that these take a couple days to take affect. I started using them and saw no effect on my erections but I did see a fuller dick. (Morning) Tea - lemon, ginger, honey 2 Ginkgo (60mg) 1 Cayenne (515mg) 2 Ginger root (550mg) 2 Garlic (1g) -------------- (Before Lifting) 3 ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium, B-6) 2 Flax oil (1g) -------------- (After Lifting) 1 ginkgo 2 ginger root 2 garlic Aminal Pak (Vitamins) 1g Argnine 1g Lysine -------------- (Before bed) tea - honey, lemon, ginger. 1 cayenne -------------- This is what I'm trying. I used this for a week and let me tell you, it works for me. I could never stay so solid when I had sex. Im still really young but this gave me what I needed. Anyone using something different? |

I have everything you have plus......Acai berry, Maka Root, vitamin b,c,e & beta alanine and it has really worked for me too!!!!

Acai berry isn't going to make or break you. Acai berry has a lot of health benefits, but a lot of its effects are placebo do to the recent popularity of acai berry in the media. Acai is nothing new, but it just became popular. The media talks so much about it they can say it does anything and 1million ppl would vouch for it. KP is one of the pros around here and I think I seen he reccomend ginseng before. In my opinion ginseng would be on that list before acai. . . Gingko, ginsend, l arginine |

Most supermarkets carry the organic version of acai berry juice. Ajmarket is right it won't make or break you regarding Pe but it is a very powerful antioxidant and incidentally good for the meat. Health food stores also carry the berry in different forms pills, juices, extracts etc.

I like all the supplements that you've listed and I have tried (or am currently using) most of them. In terms of a single product that I believe works, then my vote would go to Tongkat Ali. The only problem was that I was horny all of the time lol!!

Yeah, I have the maca root in my twinlab Horny Goat Weed sup. But I haven't been taking it. One night I took it I couldn't even stay hard? Ive never heard of Tongkat Ali. I might have to give that a try!

I like tongkat ali but you have to buy the 1:50, the 1:200 is not as potent IMO. And TA is just too darn expensive otherwise I'd live off the stuff.

But have you tried it? I initially thought what you said, bought a few months supply and it did nada except give me headaches. Then I read somewhere on wiki and heard on thunders that the herb loses some of its potency/key ingredients in the extraction process. And the 1:50 is the best. I tried the 1:50 and that has to be the best supplement I have ever taken so far. Just my view having tried both. Having said that individuals metabolisms maybe different and each person responds well to different extraction ratios and supplements.
