hey guys, I need your opinions about some good exercises for better EQ? apart from weight lifting (did some search and this is the only thing I found + good sleep) For the last 3 years I haven't done any type of exercises, and I do like swimming and jogging, but that was long time ago since I did one of them. So I wounder if I started doing them, will they help for better EQ? and also I will start to take supplements, this is what is contains: - 25mg Zinc - 4mg B6 - 6mcg B12 - 0.75mg Folic acid - 42mg Magnesium - 0.60mg Copper What kind of gains these supplements would give me? would they help PE too? |

Try Ginseng, Green Tea and Ginko Biloba also. Standard beginner's routine Has actually helped me with EQ though I have started Ballooning and Edging.
